Young boy destroys Smart TVs at a Costco

A young boy with autism has a meltdown and destroy several large Smart Screen TVs.
Autism is a development disorder of huge concern. The action of this boy will cost the store a lot on money. We have to empathize and not criticize this child but why is nobody including the security stopping this child.
The National Institute of Mental Health defines Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) as "a developmental disorder that affects communication and behavior."
According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), a guide created by the American Psychiatric Association used to diagnose mental disorders, people with ASD have:
Difficulty with communication and interaction with other people
Restricted interests and repetitive behaviors
Symptoms that hurt the person’s ability to function properly in school, work, and other areas of life
Is autism is an excuse for bad parenting? Where are his parents or the person who took him to the store?
