Facebook and Instagram Bans Louis Farrakhan From Platform

Minister Louis Farrakhan has been banned by Facebook and Instagram for social media hate speech.

On Thursday, May 2, Louis Farrakhan the leader on of the Nation of Islam was among other individuals such as Alex Jones, Paul Nehlen, Laura Loomer, Milo Yiannopoulos and Paul Joseph Watson whose accounts was removed for their anti-Semitic and “dangerous” voices.

In a statement issued to CNN Business by Facebook's spokesman, the company has “always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology.”

“The process for evaluating potential violators is extensive,” the statement continued,

“and it is what led us to our decision to remove these accounts today.”were removed from the platform for their "dangerous voices."

The decision taken against Louis Farrakhan has ignited a lot of anger and many people see it as unjust. Snoop Dogg is one of the celebrities who took this personal, standing for Farrakhan and defending him as a man who spoke truth.
