Ethiopian Airlines Jet Crashes Killing All 157 Passengers en route Addis Ababa to Nairobi on Sunday.
The aircraft, a Boeing 737 MAX 8, lost contact with air traffic controllers right after takeoff and crashed 6 minutes later.
Among the 157 people who lost their lives were 8 Americans, 2 Nigerian Professors: Abiodun Bashua who was a retired Nigerian diplomat with many years working with the United Nations (UN) while Pius Adesanmi was a professor of English at Chaleton University in Canada. He had his Canadian passport with him on the flight.
