James Ibori arrives Nigeria after serving Jail Term in the UK

Former governor of Delta State, Nigeria Chief James Onanefe Ibori returns to his home country Nigeria after completion of his jailed in a UK prison.
Ibori landed into the country through Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, and was welcomed by family members, a crowd of well-wishers and political associates.
On April 17, 2012 Ibori was sentenced to 13 years in prison by The Southwark Crown Court, UK for embezzling $250m from Delta State Government and living large.
James Ibori was released from prison last December 2016 after a court order. He served 4 years out of the 13 years he was sentenced to.
