The police of Thailand have arrested four suspects who participated in the ruthless attack of a british couple and their son while vacationing in Hua Hin, Thailand. The video of the assault, which was captured by overhead security cameras was released last week and has now become the latest act of violence against tourists in the Southeast Asian country.

In an attack that lasted for only 2 minutes, showed a group of people who seemed to be involved in an altercation. Apparently, the couple's son mistakenly bumped into one of the Thai men. Suddenly, all hell breaks loose leaving the man, 68, his wife, 65, and son, 45, lying on the floor unconscious.

"We have now arrested all four suspects," Police officer Chaiyakorn said. Three of the men were arrested within days of the incident and the fourth on Thursday, he added, identifying them as in their 20s and 30s.

"The men say they are sorry and that they wouldn't have done this if they weren't drunk, he said.

The father and son suffered head injuries requiring stitches, while the mother received serious eye and head injuries that caused a buildup of fluid in the brain and required an operation.
