Brilliant Nigerian artist Oresegun Olumide has sparked a huge sensation on social media after he released some of his artworks. The 35-year-old who graduated from the Yaba College of Technology, Lagos, Nigeria, with a Distiction in Painting, said he had a natural passion for art even before he decided to advance education as an Artist. Luckily for him, his family saw his perseverance and supported him all the way because his paintings were just too good true.

Olumide's wonder paintings are so life-like, they have been compared to that of Italian polymath, Leonardo da Vinci.

In a recent Interview with CNN, he said: "water is a recurring theme in his art because according to a popular adage in his native Yoruba language, “water has no enemy.

"The use of water gives a translucent effect and, he says, is “why it’s difficult for many people to do.”
