Chelsea Clinton's Big Announcement

On Monday, Chelsea Clinton, daughter of former President of the United States, Bill Clinton, made an adorable announcement via Twitter stating that she's expecting her second child with her husband Marc Mezvinsky.

With a cute black and white photo of their daughter, she wrote "Next summer, Charlotte is going to be a big sister! Feeling very blessed & grateful this holiday season."
