Taye Digg's First Look As Hedwig On Broadway

People magazine has unveiled the very first look of Taye Diggs in 'Hedwig and the Angry Inch.'

Taye who is one of Hollywood's best male actors and a Broadway alum, will be staring as Hedwig in this Broadway iconic role.

So elated, he told People: “Hedwig is the role of a lifetime,

"I’m looking forward to being challenged performance-wise on many levels, as well as being humbled by the musical’s social implications.”

He added, "I also like wearing nail polish."

The actor will be replacing Darren Criss, also who replaced for former star and the musical’s co-writer, John Cameron Mitchell.
