Nigerian NightClub Owner Akeem Sodeinde Is Dead

Nigerian popular socialist and nightclub owner, Akeem Sodeined has died.

Akeem struggled with an end-stage renal disease for many years, but was very persistent with his medical treatment. He also traveled to other countries such as India and the United Kingdom to seek advance healthcare.

While receiving treatment abroad, his Movida night club in Victoria Island, Lagos, was temporarily managed by his brother for a while before it got shut down completely. Obviously, nobody could run the club better than the boss himself, Akeem.

Although his health seemed to have improved, he was back in Nigeria doing the things he loved doing. He even reopened Movida. Sadly, he relapsed and passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday evening, May 10, in Lagos.

May his soul rest in peace. He was a very humble man.
