If you are thinking of nice jams to listen to or party to for today's celebration, well here are a couple of cool jams for you to try. In no particular order, they are:

1.) Tinashe's 'All Hands On Deck' is now available off the debut album 'Aquarius.' This is a very cool music video. It's so dope, it caught the attention of Kanye West himself!

Kanye took to his Twitter account to show is love for Tinashe's talents and he wrote "I really like this vid... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kxUdFQ6N_OI …"

2.) Yemi Alade is a Nigerian Afro pop singer. Her hit song 'Kissing' of last year went nuclear as soon as it was released and she has even gone further to impress us with a french version of the song. She recently collaborated with french artist Marvin to make this song happen and the music video has gone viral.

How cool of her to sing the same song in two different languages!

The French version

The Nigerian version

3.) Harry Song has done it again with his new song titled 'Ofeshe' which sounds like a mix of highlife and afrobeat.

The melody gives that feel of the Carribean Islands. Nigerian music and that of the Carribean comes together. Not bad at all.

I just wish someone could tell me the meaning of the word, Ofeshe. It must stand for something quite interesting I guess.

4.) Omarion featuring Chris Brown & Jhene Aiko 'Post To Be.' This particular song needs no introduction. Omarion and Chris Brown always shut things down when they come together to make music. That's what you get from two strong personalities in the music industry.

Jhene's voice sounds like a nightingale. Great song!

5.) Natalie La Rose featuring Jeremiah "Somebody". When I first heard this song, I thought it was Chris Brown. Jeremiah sounded almost like him. Lol!!! Nice jam though and Natalie has a rock body. I play this song whenever I am on the move - out of the house!!! The music video was directed by by Luke Gilford.

6.) Nicki Minaj featuring Drake & Lil Wayne 'Truffle Butter' Though the music video for this song is not out yet, but it's a good jam.

7.) Korede Bello 'Godwin' featuring Don Jazz (audio version). This is my favorite song of all. It's a victory song and the message is so inspiring. This is the song you listen to when you want to just appreciate life and remain happy.

I keep checking for the music video on YouTube, sadly it has not been released yet. I wonder what these guys are still waiting for? We need the video ASAP!!!
