"I Just Can't Date Someone In The Industry," Says Chidinma

Chidinma Ekile simply known as Chidinma granted an interview recently with Soundcity TV’s Pearl Hart on “City Divas“ where she talked about her reason for not dating any man in the entertainment industry.

For crying out loud, the petite beauty is talented, seems very religious, she's smart and well liked. But, have you ever wondered why we have never seen her holding hands with any guy in the entertainment industry? You probably thought she just wanted to keep her private life away from the public. I mean she obviously has everything going for her and you would think that by now she ought to have been in a serious realtionship with one of the most popular or wealtiest men in the industry. Well, life is not always like that. As humans we have 'our likes and dislikes' and Chidinma is just like the rest of us.

I wouldn't blame her. You have to be mature to relate to what she is saying. To many of us, work and personal life just don't mix. That attitude could also help your career blossom at the long run. It has nothing to do with ego. It's more about knowing yourself and what you really want in a relationship. It's freedom of choice and people should respect that.

If you don't know Chidinma, she is a Nigerian singer-song writer, recording artist and stage performer who rose to fame after winning the third season of MTN Project Fame West Africa.
