A new disturbing video has surfaced that may impact the murder case against media mogul Suge Knight.
TMZ broke the story today in a video showing how Suge drove to a Tam's Burgers in Compton where Dr. Dre was filming footage connected with the NWA biopic, "Straight Outta Compton." Suge had been kicked out of another location shoot 20 minutes earlier, and he claims he went to the burger joint to make peace with Dre.
Suge came back to the scene where he is immediatley confronted Cle "Bone" Sloan - a security for the film and one of the victims of the hit-and-run incident. Suge is attacked by Cle when suddenly, Suge pulls back roughly , pushing Cle to the ground. Then in an instant, he runs Cle over including Terry Carter - the victim who got killed in the hit-and-run incident- who was standing way behind Cle.
According to reports, Suge claims he was trying to escape from being killed by the victims. His lawyer, Matt Fletcher stated that his client was lured to the burger place to be ambushed by Cle and Terry who allegedly had guns.
Law enforcement tells TMZ ... they believe the video shows that Suge could have escaped after hitting Bone the first time by simply driving down the road. But Suge's people say the group assembled near the truck was ominous and he feared if he drove past them he'd be shot.

This is very cold....... Why did he run over Terry? Clearly, Suge could have left the premises safely. You could tell that the guys just wanted to keep him away. Maybe his time is up. He has been involved in too many crimes and maybe this particular one will keep him out of the streets for good.
Do you think this video will help vindicate or convict the former Death Row Record hip-hop mogul?
