Woman Wore Corset For 7 Years To Get 16 Inches Waistline

MEET Kelly Lee Dekay, 27, who has corset-trained her waist down to a tiny 16 INCHES in a bid to look like her favourite comic book idols: Jessica rabbit and Marvel super-heroine 'Storm'.

Kelly became obsessed with tight-lace corseting and incredibly shrunk her natural 30 inch waist by 12 inches in just six months. during the fetish model's childhood days, she fell in love with the hourglass look reading comic books and watching Haute Couture corsets on fashion runways.

According to Mailonline, the New York based model said 'growing up I just loved the exaggeration of styles and the beautiful costumes that comic book characters would wear and that led to the aesthetic that led to tight-lacing.

'I like that they wore their personalities externally.

'I do understand their measurements can't ever possibly be achieved because they would break.

'I think it's interesting how fabric and thread can just easily manipulate the body to do such an extreme silhouette though. '

She also added that she grew up as a tomboy and that corset training made made her overcome her shyness.

Her tiny waist obsession and the final result from the many years of training waist, has drawn a lot of attention to the fashion design student. While some thinks she is ridiculous, others think she is one of the most beautiful women in the world.
