At only 16-year-old, standing at 7 feet 5 inches tall, Elhadji Tacko Fall, from Dakar, Senegal, is the tallest high school player in the nation, and he plays here in Central Florida.

CNN affiliate WTSP in Florida caught up with Elhadji and catching up was hard to do. He's so tall that he can't sit at a normal desk in his classroom. Doctors say he could even grow another couple of inches.

He is 4 inches taller than Shaquille O'Neal, but wear same shoe size - size22- as O'Neal.

Perhaps more impressive than his physical attributes is his GPA: 4.0. He says if his dream of making the NBA doesn't come to pass, he'd be perfectly happy as a biochemist.

Tacko also has a 7-year-old brother who is already 5-9.

Check out his smooth moves!
