South African Anti-Rape Device

South Africa is undoubtedly 'the rape capital in the world.' Rape has become endemic to an extent that a medical technician named Sonette Ehlers developed a product for woman to fight back. Ehlers had never forgotten a rape victim telling her forlornly, "If only I had teeth down there."

Ehlers created a product she called Rapex which looks like a tube, with barbs inside. The device is basically a female condom with teeth lining the inside that work just like the protective spikes in a parking garage… You can go in, but whatever you do, don’t back out. The teeth are angled so they allow penetration, but bite like a shark as the penis is removed; supposedly causing so much pain that it will give the woman a chance to escape.

The woman inserts the device like a tampon and any man who tries to rape the woman impales himself on the barbs and must go to an emergency room to have the Rapex removed.

Some critics say this is a medieval punishment.

Lol!!! Well, I'd say, don't rape anyone or your face the consequences.
