Hollywood Actor Robin Williams Dies at 63

Hollywood is mourning the death of Oscar winner and comedian Robin Williams who passed away today of an apparent suicide in his Northern California home. Law enforcement officials said he was 63.

Coroner investigators suspect "the death to be a suicide due to asphyxia," according to a statement from the Marin County, California, Sheriff's office.

His media representative, Mara Buxbaum told CNN that Williams "... has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time."

William's graphic designer, wife, Susan Schneider, sent a written note to CNN through the representative, confirming the sad news to the world and how devastated she was. It read, "This morning, I lost my husband and my best friend, while the world lost one of its most beloved artists and beautiful human beings. I am utterly heartbroken."

It's so sad when people we admire and look up to commit suicide. Life happens I guess and no matter how successful you are, you can't help but be human. We all have problems such as health issues, relationship problems, financial problems, etc. but what matters most is our strength in dealing with all these troubles.

I am so devasted because right from my childhood days, I have always loved Robin Williams. Till date, I still watch Popeye, Jumanji, Mrs. Doubtfire 1 & 2, and Night At The Museum, all starring Robin Williams.

It's just too soon for him to leave us. We will always love him .

The world has lost a legendary star!!! RIP Robin Williams.
